I'd like to say charming family of 6. Probably would be more appropriate to call it like I see it. I am the ring leader of my favorite circus and it's pretty much non-stop entertainment. If I can just stay awake so I don't miss it.

Lead the Way Award Ceremony!

We are so proud of Andrew. He got the "Lead The Way" award at school today. Andrew is such a great student, good friend, and all that. This particular award is for giving his best handwriting. He has really neat handwriting for a 2nd grader and especially for a boy. I was relieved that award day landed on Friday so Paul could go. It would have been impossible to get such great pictures if I had had Oliver and Luke there.

He is all cool and casual but he is loving every minute of it.

Proud parent moment. =0)

Marissa's 5th Birthday!!

March 25, 2010

We surprised Marissa with breakfast in bed on a cookie sheet. I packed the tray during our packing frenzy. So this is Marissa in the morning. Cute as ever.

She was special helper at preschool and got this awesome birthday hat that she wore all day. The benefits of your birthday landing on a school day. We decorated. Staysha came over for the party and had pizza with us.

Lots of great presents and family and friends at her birthday party. She was loving every minute of it. Not that is shows.

Look at all these handsome Iba boys. Oliver can't be pulled away from his cake and Luke can't look away from Oliver eating his cake.

Brothers. They are so cute together.

Marissa had a great birthday. To bad we had to take the decorations down right away so the house would be ready to show the next day.

March 22-24, 2010

So Paul is now working out of town 4 days out of
the week. So far it's been pretty crazy. Here is Oliver sporting a black eye he got from wrestling with Andrew. He was so sad in the moment but could careless now. Makes him look like the toughest 2 year old I have ever seen.

It's a very impressive shiner that will be around for awhile.

See all these gorgeous pictures of Luke. this is what he does every night when all the kids have gone to sleep. He tries to cheese me all night to stay up. All the while I am trying to do everything I can to get him to go to sleep.

So far he is winning. Staying up until he passes out from exhaustion.

March: Week 3: Paul takes the kids out to dinner.

Paul bravely took the three kids out to eat by himself to give me a little break. He took the kids to Fuji restraunt that just opened up by our house. The kids got to learn how to use chop
sticks. they were very creative at first.

The staff had these make shift chopsticks they rolled up the paper sleeve they came out of and wrapped the end with rubberbands so they would stay together. Even Oliver could use them.

While waiting for food Oliver saw an apple (lemon) in Paul's diet coke. He didn't want to wait for his dinner so insisted on some apples. He sucked lemons for awhile. Kid likes lemons what can you do.

The kids got a kick out of watching him cook. They tried catching food in their mouth that he threw and he really put on a show for them. Tossing an egg in the air and catching it on his spatula without breaking it. He made a volcano out of onions and oil. It was endless fun. The kids couldn't stop talking about it when they got home.

They are so cute. I was so glad they had a chance to get out. It's been work, work, work at the house.

March 1-14, 2010

It's safe to say we haven't really been playing very much. There has been a lot of work going on.

March 3, 2010: Paul will be starting his job sooner then expected. Starting Monday it's all me with the 4 kids for 4 days. I'm feeling a little nervous about it. We are racing to get the house up on the market. Pray for a quick sale people. I'm going to need all the help I can get.
March 13, 2010: BABY BLESSING IS CANCELLED!! Luke has RSV and I am coming down with it as well. Poor guy. He is miserable. It's put a kink in the whole put the house on the market thing as well. I am miserable as well.

March 13, 2010: The pictures of the house are finally done. Cleaning out the house and finishing up projects have taken up all of our time for most part. I am excited that we are done. I have scrubbed, dejunked, and packed up stuff we don't need this spring and summer. It safe to say my house has never looked this clean.
We will have to get a better picture of the front of the house after the snow melts.

Take it in. The cleanest ever. Clean windows, walls, cupboards. I need a nap just looking at the pictures.

You would never believe 4 kids live in the house by looking at the pictures.

It looks like a professional organizer lives here. All the closets are even organized.
I am nervous about keeping the house clean by myself. I couldn't decide if I should post all of the rooms. But they all look like this. Kids room, play room, even the storage room looks super neat and tidy.

February 2010

February has been a crazy busy month. My cellphone broke, our water heater sprung a leak and had to be replaced, the van had to have some repairs and I caught the flu. Once we survived that someone stole our account information and used it to buy a bunch of stuff. Some how we have still managed get a lot done in the house. We have made several trips to the D.I. to donate stuff and have been filling up one side of the garage with boxes.

February 13, 2010 We had Staysha over and Elissa came over to play with Marissa. The girls had so much fun. It was really cute.

Staysha is one of our best friends. She is one of our favorite people to have over. The kids love her. We are going to be sad to move. Staysha is not very happy with us moving. Does it show?

Marissa and Elissa had so much fun. There was lots of dress ups and dancing. They played so well together. Then I drove Elissa home. Marissa came with us and they watched Hello Kitty together in the van on the drive to Elissa's house. They were so cute together.

Easy dinner, pizza. My favorite dinner night. Look at how big Andrew is. He is looking so tall.

So we have a little bit a news and I would like to start by saying NO I am not pregnant. Paul has had a great oppurtunity come up and we have spent a good 6 weeks making this decision. It isn't something that we made lightly. With that said we are excited and a little nervous to announce that we are going to be moving to Phoenix Arizona. I am sad to be moving so far away and know it will make it hard to come home as often as we have been able to living in Salt Lake.

Paul is starting his new job in 10 days so we are going to try to have the house ready to put on the market at the same time. We are hoping it won't take to long to sale as I will be home 4 days out of the week alone with the kids. We have already started getting it ready as we planned to sale it and move to Lehi so we thankfully have had a head start.

We have also scheduled Luke's baby blessing for the second weekend of March. That is our next fast Sunday. We would love to have any who are able to come and certainly understand that schedules are full and everyone has a lot going on. Our sacrament is bright and early at 9:00 a.m., so that is something to consider as well. We will be closer to the Georgesons (I think it's a 9 hour drive) So I will finally be able to get out to see them. We love you all very much and I know we will be home as much as we can. Big changes are ahead and we are probably not going to rest easy or be able to relax for probably 6 months, likely more. It will be interesting to see how this all plays out. Love ya tons, JuliAnne and the family

January: Week 3 and 4

Luke looking Handsome!!

January 14, 2010. Paul and I decided we are going to put the house of for sale in March. It's going to be a very busy year. So now I have 6 weeks to clean up the house and get it ready to put on the market. We feel really good about it. I started our Super Spring Clean and Dejunk today. First day in and I am exhausted. Since Paul has been working in Provo for over a year we are going to look in the Lehi/American Fork area. I am hoping it won't take long to sale. Even with a thorough cleaning and dejunk it will be impossible to keep it clean all the time with the monkey's running around.

January 20, 2010: So I started packing up some boxes today to clean up the house to put it on the market. It felt weird.

January 27, 2010. The kids and I took a break from going through our mountains of crap and decided to make cookies.

MAKING COOKIES WITH MOM!!

We love making cookies and I have a lot of GREAT helpers. Sometimes the help is helpful and sometimes they are little disasters. This time Oliver dropped the 1 cup measure in the mixing bowl while it was mixing. It shot flour up and out in all directions. It made a big mess. He thought it was cool.

You can't tell very well in this picture but he had a flour cloud settle over his head. it made him look a little gray.

Marissa was all dressed up making cookies. Ready for a dance recital at any given moment. She is so cute. Some how she missed the flour storm.

Andrew can't stop laughing at this picture of Oliver.
All I can say is I told him to smile. He squinted at the flash of the camera and this is what came out of it.

Luke has discovered his hands and I have discovered that socks are the only things that will stay on his hands. He sucks on his fingers constantly. I am trying to break him of the habit. He doesn't seem to mind but he looks really silly with socks on his hands and feet all the time. He is a super happy baby.

January 28, 2010: It's safe to say I could not be busier than I am right now. It feels great to be getting stuff done though especially after being on best rest and miserable pregnant most of last year.
