I'd like to say charming family of 6. Probably would be more appropriate to call it like I see it. I am the ring leader of my favorite circus and it's pretty much non-stop entertainment. If I can just stay awake so I don't miss it.

Our Grand Exit!!

First thing in the morning we took the kids and all of our suitcases over to Grandpa and Grandma Iba's. They are going to play all day while we do all the work. Lucky!!!

It's really surprising how much stuff you have when you have to put it all in boxes and make it fit on a truck. I can't figure out how we accumulated so much stuff so fast. The best part is when you plan ahead of time to be really organized with your packing and at the end you have lost the ability to care. I have created some REALLY random boxes these last couple of days.

Whenever I see this picture, I think it looks like the house regurgitated all of our stuff out on the driveway through the garage of course. Getting everything outside happened really fast. Loading the truck was slow and precise. If it was all going to fit. It was amazing to see it happen. The only thing that didn't make it on was my food storage barrels.

We went back to Grandpa and Grandma's and found the kids crashed out on a mattress on the floor.

In the morning Marissa asked me if we were going back home now. I couldn't help but laugh. I explained to her plenty of times that we weren't going to be coming home and that it wasn't going to be our house anymore. Sooooooo......

We took the kids back to the house so they could see it for themselves. They ran around in all the open spaces and there were plenty of those.

They opened every closet and cupboard and called each other to come and see. I think it helped Marissa understand that it wasn't our house anymore.

Oliver was thinking it was just a different kind of party. He was playing with the only thing that was left. The roll of plastic wrap on the floor in the front room. Goofy kid. He was running around, talking loud, like the other kids.

Oliver still won't take a group picture.

No offense to the rest of you but this is definitely my favorite group of monkeys.

It's exciting to experience something new and different. It's sad to say goodbye to our first home. We really enjoyed living in Sandy. We have so many wonderful memories of this house. I'm excited for our next chapter and seriously I am really glad that the moving out phase is over. Atleast it feels like we are halfway done. Sheesh, I am exhausted.
